Mail Rule Issues

Mail rules are not working correctly. I have cleaned up errors (after import
from Outlook Express) and most recent download from server results in
duplicate e-mails. One set transferred to folder correctly (based on info in
subject line) and duplicates incorrectly delivered to inbox.

What is the text of your rule (don't use any real personal information)?
Does it end with "stop processing more rules" so the message doesn't just
keep skipping down the list of rules and following every one of them?
