mail rtf format why???

Hello!!

I have office 2000 an outlook 2000 when i enter Start/run and write :
mailto:[email protected]?subject=test
outlook new mail window appears and mail will be send in HTML "mode".

but when i wrote : (e-mail address removed)?subject=test and add &body=test

mail automaticly will be send in rtf "mode" where can i find registry key or
option to change that studpid RTF to HTML from default.
 
Are you using word or outlook editor? Internet mode or Corp/word group
accounts? What is the format setting for internet addresses in tools,
options, mail format, internet?

nothing happens agian rtf format.
