mail receipt delay

when an internal all user email is sent it can take 40 minutes for one user
to receive the mail whereas all other users have received ok. everyone is on
outlook 97 with exchange accounts (5.5) on XP operating system.
Can you help ?
 
You might want to check the firewall settings on that machine and more
particlair the blocking of UDP messages. If these are blocked the client
can't receive the new mail notifications from the server.
