Mail Problem

Whenever I reply to e-mails, there is an automatic insertion of about ten extra lines at the top of the message. I can't erase it, but I can type through the lines. It is as though a text box had been added to the top of each reply. It happens with my e-mail (several providers) and also when I a replying to e-mail on dating sites too. The margins on this text is different too. Wider than the ones set in my e-mail

turn off your automatic stationary & fonts and

signatures - in MS Outlook goto tools/options/mail format
