mail notification

Last week I right clicked on the little mail notification
on the system tray and selected to hide it and now I want
it back. When I get email I would like the system tray to
notify me by palcing the little yellow envelop. ANyone
now how to trun that thing back on ?? using windows xp

Try and right click on the task bar and then select properties. From here you
can select Hide Inactove Icons. When you look in there you can change what to do
with each application.

Right-click on the notification area.
Properties
Taskbar tab
"Customize" button
Click on the icon in question, click the triangular arrow, choose "Hide when
inactive,"
