Mail Notification

Using Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000 SBE

I have a computer that is unmanned and only receives mail occasionally.
This computer has its own email address for eg (e-mail address removed)

Is it possible when mail is sent to (e-mail address removed) for a notification
to pop up or an email to be sent informing userb that usera has received
mail?

ie. usera receives email
userb receives an email informing him that usera has received email.

The unattended PC can have a rule that forwards the message to the other
user. I don't know of any other way without a commercial add-in to alert
the second person via mail.
