Mail Merge into Word

Using Outlook and Word 2003. My merge fields are:
Title First Name Last Name
Job Title
Company
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
City, State Postal Code

When merging contact that do not have a Title it leaves a blank space in
front of the first name. How can I avoid having that space in front of the
first name if there is no title?
 
Start the merge from your Contacts folder, using the Tools | Mail Merge command. That will give you access to all the Outlook data fields in the merge document.
