mail merge and 'send-on-behalf'

I have a sales assistant with 'send-on-behalf' privs in Outlook for
individuals on the sales force. I would like the mail-merge output to go out
using the send-on-behalf From: address.

Is there any MS or 3rd pty product that will allow me to do this. I already
know that the default flavor of Word/Outlook doesn't seem to allow this.
