I have 2 questions
1 how to change format of a date field from access merged into a word
document.
2 when in word with merge data from an access database I only can select
tables, queries do not show up after selecting the data base

Hi Al,

1) Use a formatting switch in the Word mergefields. See Word help for
details.

2) I don't know. Could it be that the queries that don't show up are
action queries?
