Mail goes to Deleted Items

When receiving e-mail from a couple specific people, the
e-mail flashes momentarly on the screen then goes to the
trash can! Any thoughts on how to resolve this problem?

Set up a rule using tools and add their domain name or
email address and direct it to any folder you choose.

back that created a rule to delete certain emails upon
