It would seem that somebody is using part of my email address and sending
strange messages from my computer. Alot of these messages seem to fail and
are returned. Help how do I stop them. I have Mcafee on my machine but it
dosent seem to be able to detect any spyware. Help, somebody please.

Nothing to do with you therefore there is nothing you can do. Ignore them.

Hi,

It's probably not you. A virus on someone else's machine has picked up your
email address and is using it to disguise its real origin, commonly called
spoofing. What you are seeing is the reject notices sent to the spoofed
sender address as various antivirus programs detect the infected emails.
There is nothing you can do to stop this other than changing your email
address.
