i want to know how to acess e-mails sent from my computor, is that possible

Well, you can save a copy of all of the e-mails that you send, but you're probably asking about e-mails saying that they've been sent by your e-mail address when they haven't really been - a common feature of spam. The short answer is no, there is no way you can get those, but you'd be better off asking in a forum realting to e-mail - this one is for questions about Microsoft Access, their database product.

Not in Microsoft Access, the subject of this newsgroup, no. You're
trying to access EMails sent *FROM* your computer? Where did you send
them *TO*?

I would suggest asking a clearer question in a newsgroup supporting
the software you're using to send EMails
(microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer6.outlookexpress or
microsoft.public.outlook for Outlook Express and Outlook
respectively). Microsoft's vexing Help utility is dropping you into
the wrong newsgroup.
