i am back on the internet after 2 years away

I think because i have not used my my old email address
for over 2 yearsthe computor is not letting me
access it.
I just checked. It's not a valid E-mail address. You may be out of luck on
your getting old E-mail address back because no one here can help you, since
we're just volunteers who answer questions about Microsoft Access, the
database application that's part of the Microsoft Office productivity suite
of computer software. And you may not want that E-mail old address any
more, anyway, because spammers troll the newsgroups harvesting any E-mail
addresses they find, like the one you posted in your message. You can
expect a ton of spam in that inbox if you were to get NTLWorld to recreate
that address.
Have your friend help you create a new E-mail address with a free E-mail
service, such as Yahoo or Hotmail, so that you can access your E-mail from
any computer that has an Internet connection.
