answer if you ask in an appropriate newsgroup. This newsgroup is for
questions about Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional. You need to ask in a newsgroup related to whatever e-mail
client you're using.
And, when you do repost into a more appropriate group, it will help the
responders if you indicate what version of the product you're using, and
what version of the operating system.
