How do I assure that downloaded mail goes to my inbox

For the past month, many e-mails that I down load from my ISP go into my
deleted file instead of my inbox. This has never happened in the six years
that I have had a Computor

Not really the right place for this question...
This group is for questions on 'Microsoft Access' the database application,

But in answer to your question, I'm guessing that your ISP is attempting to
pre-sort SPAM for you, and is sending email that it identifies as junk-mail
into your deleted mail box.
You could try talking to yous ISP and asking if this is the case...

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem, such as one for Outlook or Outlook Express. This newsgroup is
dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product. The Microsoft website is
not all that clear and may have misdirected you.
