Mail Certificate problem?

Everytime I open up Mail (Vista Enterprise), I get the following error: "The
server you are connected to is using a security certificate that could not be
verified." I know that if I press yes, I can proceed normally but this is a
huge annoyance.
Funny thing is that I have set up an account with the exact same settings in
Outlook 2007 and it does not have any problems with the certificate that is
installed in Exchange 2007 (Verisign certificate).
So how is Mail aceesing the Exchange server differently than Outlook 2007?
Please help :)

You're connecting Windows Mail to the same Exchange Server? What protocol
are you using? Are you using the same protocol with Outlook 2007, or is it
running in native mode against the Exchange Server VIA VPN tunnel or RPC
over HTTP?

Hi Hal,

You got me there... If I connect by creating an exchange account in the
network, VPn in or use RPC over HTTPS I do not get the error, but the minute
I create an IMAP account, I get it.
For some reason, Mail and Outlook pick up the Exchange self generated
certificate (the one that Exchange created upon installation) when I create
an IMAP account instead of the Verisign certificate I purchased... even
though all the Websites visible in IIS show the 3rd party certificate... I
am a little confused on this issue...
Should I just repost this question in the Exchange Forum? Let me know and i
will do that...
Thanks,
Allie
