Macromedia Flash

I send cards from American Greetings and one of the requirements is that
Macromedia Flash be installed along with plug-ins if appropriate. I have
tried to download from Macromedia.com and I get the install now sign but then
it does not download. I have looked at Internet Options and I seem to have
all the enables that are needed to make the download work. any suggestions
would be helpful.

Make sure that Kill-bit is *not* set for Flash Activex control:
