Macromedia Flash Player 7

Ok for some reason almost every time I open up my internet explorer a window
pops up saying I should install macromedia flash player 7 so im able to view
everything. I go ahead and install it and a couple hours later I will go on
and it will tell me to install it again. Why will it not stayed install or
why do I have to keep on installing it?
