Macro menu not working

I have had a macro set up and running fine in Outlook 2003 for a couple of
months now. This morning I got a message that Outlook had crashed and did I
want to start in Safe mode. I didn't and when I tried to run my macro it
could not be found. Clicking on any item in the macro menu has no effect. I
have run repair and nothing has been disabled.
Any ideas?

I restarted my system again and the macro menu functions have returned. The
macro itself has vanished however, which is annoying as it was written for me
by a very kind gentleman on another forum and I didn't back it up! Sigh...
