VB Macro button on menu Bar disappears when I reopen Outlook 2003

I created a VB Macro in Outlook 2003 for the purpose of saving animated GIFs.
The process was successful and the Maco runs just fine, but only if I click
on TOOLS, MACRO, and then RUN. If I place a Macro button on the Menu Bar(this
is where it is supposed to be and other toolbar won't accept it.) and I click
on it the macro will run properly. The problem comes when I close Outlook
2003 and open it the next time and then the Macro button is no longer on the
menu bar.The Macro still exists and can run as stated earlier. I have done
the same on my laptop and the Menu button is always there on start up. Why is
it not there on my Desktop PC? Both laptop and Desktop PC are completely up
to date. How can I get that button to stay on the menu bar on my Desktop PC
as it does on my Laptop?
Can anyone help with this dilema? Thanks ...
