"Macro" menu not working

Greetings,

I have a machine (which has Outlook 2003 installed) and I am unable to bring
up any menus from the "Tool"s "Macro" option. For instance, if I choose
"Tools" "Macro" and then "Security", then nothing happens. Similarly, if I
choose "Tools" "Macro" and then "Visual Basic Editor", then nothing happens
either. I have run the "Detect and Repair" option from the "Help" menu, but
this has not resolved the problem. Any ideas? Does this sound like some
type of virus or spyware on the system?

Maybe VBA has been disabled.

Click Help-About Microsoft Outlook-Disabled Items.

Thanks. That was the problem. I appreciate it. (By the way, any idea as to
how VBA would get disabled?)
