Macro to email a person

I was able to do this in Outlook 2003, and I thought I had it working
yesterday with the upgrade to 2007.
I created a macro that would create an email that is specific for one person
(eg. (e-mail address removed)).
Yesterday, it worked, but today, I tried to use it with my icon I created
for the macro, and nothing happens. I go to Tools/Macros, and Run the macro,
and I get the dreaded, "The macros in this project are disabled."
Huh?
Any help would be great.
Thanks,

Have you looked under Help/Deactivated Items if VBA is listed there?

Under the Help pull-down menu, I click on Disabled Items, and its empty.
The macro is still there in the Macros in the Tools menu.

Does that help?

Then probably the security is set not to run VBA. You might check that via
Tools/Trust Center/Macro Security
