MacPrint Event ID 4000 after SP4

Hello All,

I have seen a few messages about this problem but nothing definitive other
than revert to SP3. The problem I am getting is (from the Application Event
Log):

"The TrueImage Interpreter initialization failed. (Document Name: Microsoft
Word - ...) Processing continued"

Basically after installing SP4 my Mac devices can not print! The printserver
is also a Win 2K Domain controller. Is there a remedy for this situation? I
tried postscript drivers and just get junk sent to the printer.

Please help- I can't believe that I would be forced to stay at a lower
Service Pack just so I can print +smirk+.

Thank you

Was there a particular reason that you had the Macs print through the
server in the first place? The Macs don't need a print server, the
client side setup is not any easier because you have a print server and
I would doubt that you are deploying drivers for the macs from the
server. If it is mainly for keeping track fo jobs the printer logs are
more helpful in my opinion
