Hi!

I found this article at MS suppoort web site
(http://support.microsoft.com/?id=830764) that describe eactly the problem
I'm having when printing from a Macinstosh computer to the Windows 2000
server SP4. It creates an entry in the Application Event Log as displayed:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: MacPrint
Event Category: TrueImage Print Processor
Event ID: 4000
Date: 10/15/2004
Time: 15:13:00
User: N/A
Computer: Testdc01
Description:
The TrueImage Interpreter initialization failed. (Document Name: (test ))
Processing continued

Here is the title of the article:
"Print jobs from Macintosh client computers to a Windows 2000 Service Pack
4-based print server do not print"

I'm looking for the patch. Is there a way to download this patch apart that
calling MS. I do not have a lot of time and money to waste over the phone to
finish not having what I'm looking for.

Could someone help me with the problem?

Thank you!
