Mac OS 9 users can't move, copy delete files, Mac os X are ok

HI,
I have a WIn 2003 Server, and I have a Mac volume for
my Mac users, Mac os 10 users can copy, move, delete
files, but Mac OS 9 users can log in and see the folders
and files, but they can't make new folders.
I installed the latest Microsoft UAM as well. Still no
luck,

Hi,

Have you logged in as the same user in both Mac machine??

also pls chk the shared folder in windows 2003 machine

Computer management --> shared folders --> shares --> right hand side you
see the macintosh share -->double click the mac share --> then uncheck the
"This volume is read only"

then try create a new folder from mac machine...

Thanks So much, It works like a champ ! I just had to
change the checkmark for read only, interesting I never
noticed it because all other users on PC and Mac were
fine .. just Mac OS 9 didn't work !
