Re-post to a Word group as detailed just now, along with a fuller
description of the problem ("the vertical lines in the top & bottom
portions"??) together with your Word version.

this

Too much info, too little detail!

never mind - i thought it was clear - the top portions of the page & the
bottom portions - not the middle

Ah, the vertical lines in the top and bottom portions of the *page*! Thanks
for clearing that one up.

With descriptions like that, good luck over at the Word groups. It's
probably just me, but I have no idea at all what you mean. Please don't make
them have to coax it out of you.

To create a schedule of any kind which prints out properly, you first need
to create a table in Word. You then type or paste the relevant data into
each cell of the table..

You will of course have to learn how to create and manage a table, and you
will have to do this with the power ON..

when i am feeling up to it, mike, i'll look into it. but i can't do it with
the power off ?! hmm - seems there is also some argument here what is
actually off.
