Lycos and Hotbot have taken over and now trump my msn default search engine

when I use the search function of the address/property
bar on Internet Explorer it redirectts msn to either
LYCOS or HOTBOT. This is unwelcome and annoying. So how
do I get things back to normal?

use a nice spyware program, like "spybot search and
destroy" it will do alot and its free.
best thing about that is , lycos and hotbot will point
you right to the very program you need to get rid of
them....
