lserver.exe service failure

Ok, people. I'm a bit stymied on this one, can't find
anything anywhere.

Upon TS server startup we get an error reported within
lserver.exe.
The report is:

"lserver.exe - Ordinal not found

The ordinal 135 could not be located in the dynamic link
library mstlsapi.dll"


Any attempt to start the lserver service manually time out
with a 1053 error.


If anyone can help with this I'd appreciate it.

You have a version mismatch between lserver.exe and mstlsapi.dll. I suggest
reinstalling whatever service pack you most recently installed.
