lsass.exe process was terminated unexpectedly. Status code 128

Since I connected my Destop w2k Pro to a local network to get access to the
Internet I started getting error messages which I have never seen before:

C:\WINNT\system23\lsass.exe process was terminated unexpectedly. Status code
128
The computer will be restarted in 20 sec

And indeed it gets restarted.

Same started happening to my notebook whicy I connected it instead of the
Destop.
It looks like the problem is associated with the network

What is going on?

You should update your computer, because this is a known issue of Sasser
Worm.
