Low memory

I'm having a problem with low memory causing my system to
lock up after about 15 minutes on the internet. I start
out at about 75% performance and go down to about 10% in
about 10 to 15 minutes. It appears to be only when i am on
the internet and other programs are not affected. I close
every program open except windows and systray. It still
stays at 15% and locks up. I ran a virus scan and several
adware/spyware programs and nothing comes up as the
problem.

Any ideas?

CPU usage - 100 %, - Low System Resources etc...
