Low frame rate problem

Upgraded from wmp6.4->9. Found that ALL video files are
played with flickering fram rates in large/full screen.
Only smooth play in very small screen. Smooth play b4 in
6.4

Any comments? My PC is an old 450MHz
 
Do whatever you can to remove WMP9 or any version above 6.4. Keep 6.4, it's the best anyway.
