"Low Disk Space"

Whenever a CD is left in the CR R/W drive or a DVD is
left in the DVD R/W drive, I get a message as
follows..."Low Disk Space You are running out of disk
space on (CD or DVD dive) To free space on this drive by
deleting old or unnecessary files, click here".

How do I get this fixed to stop popping up these
frustrating messages? Also, when I put a CD or DVD in the
drives, it does not auto launch.....how can I correct
this? Thanks in advance.
