Low & Critical Battery Alarm Fix.

I have done some research in regard to the Low & Critical
Battery Alarms in both 98se and XP Pro. The only thing I
found, was from Microsoft saying that they are aware of
the problem.
Well if you would be happy with having the Windows Sound
Recorder open, play a wav of your choice, and then close
automatically, drop me an email. It works awesome!
I am using 2 different wavs and they both work flawlessly.

It's not possible to tell from your post what the first
paragraph has to do with the second.
