Lost XP when I crashed.

I crashed, did format and recover and now I don't have my
WinXP Prof. I purchased seperately. Do I have any
options? I did register w/ Windows...I can't find the
disk!
 
You could contact Microsoft support and beg them to send a new CDROM copy of
XP. The worst they could say is no. However, it will probably be more
useful to buy a new copy and this time take real good care of the CDROM.
While you are at it, look for a boxed set that includes SP-1.
 
Put the XP upgrade CD in the drawer and do your upgrade again.
 
Is there some new procedure that allows you to do this when you've lost the CD?
