lost Windows Mail folders

I have accidentally deleted a folder with many sub folders. I closed out the
e-mail program and the deleted folder emptied. I don't know how to find and
recover this lost folder/sub folders.
 
This is a good example of why auto-emptying of Deleted Items upon
program close is not a good idea. There is no easy way to undelete
what you deleted. Try the Recuva program: http://www.recuva.com
