Are you absolutely certain the system is clean? If so do a repair intall:

Which virus, which cleaners did you use and what is the exact issues
including verbatim error messages.

Whilst in college, I found it best to avoid viruses rather then deal
with them later after the damage has been caused. If you were a guy and
ever had a Q-Tip run up your ****** for a sample you'd know what I'm
talking about.

Ouch! Glad I was married with children by the time I went to college. And
never caught a virus or needed to have a Q-Tip applied to something I didn't
own or to anyone else here.
