Lost the publish changed pages only feature

After installing frpg 2000 on a new xp pro computer, I
can no longer publish changed pages only. I can publish
the entire site and access the host site.

Try doing a complete publish from the remote server back to your local
machine, then you should be able to do Change Pages Only thereafter.
