Publishing Problems

I installed frpg 2000 on my new xp media computer and
cannot publish changed pages only nor can I publish from
my host service to my computer.
Microsft tech support has yet to find the solution after
5 hours of phone calls.
I can publish the complete site to the host however.
Anyone know why this is happening?

Prob a silly question - but have you checked the System
Time on your machine.

The pages you publish to the host and the date/time
assigned may be different to your machine.
