Publishing Problems

I can publish my entire site to my host server, but I
cannot publish changed pages only nor can I publish from
the server to my drive. I have a new dell media edition
xp running vs. the old dell with 98. The old worked fine.
Does anyone know why frontpage 2000 lost those features?

When you first published from your new computer, did you use Full Publish,
and unchecking the "publish changes only" so you could synch up your local
web site to your live site?

Do you have router or firewall application installed that may be blocking
incoming access to your PC on port 80?
