Lost System/NET Files

I've lost or deleted the following files? How can I retreive them?

sys32\mscories.dll
framework\vl.0.3705.mscommc.cfg
framework\vl.0.3705.mscommc.dll

mscories.dll (Microsoft .NET IE SECURITY REGISTRATION) comes with Microsoft
..NET Framework 1.1.

mscommc.dll may have something to do with Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.

mscommc.cfg beats me what that even is.

Try uninstalling and re-installing Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1.
