lost superpassword

I am unable to open my windows 2000 administrator program
using my ordinary password. I have the password and have
used it for some time, it suddenly would not unlock an to
my knowledge I have not deleted it.

I am an ordinary private individual so I am not trying to
get into anyone elses programs

Can anyone help me
