Lost space.

Someone Please, While on-line I lose about an inch of
space at the top of my screen ,all I see in that space is
the top part of the my wall paper of my desktop. I have
tried the center box in the upper right,(this is not it).

Try moving your mouse to the top of the IE screen until
you get the "double arrows" left click and then move your
mouse to the top of the screen, then close IE by the
close option under file (top left hand of the screen)
then reopen IE
