lost signature in auto-text

I have set word as my mail editor. When I tried to insert a signature by
using the insert-auto-text, I found that the signature and company signature
tabs are missing. I reinstalled office but with no help. Can u help me out?

I'm using office 2003.
 
Office 2003 doesn't use autotext for email signatures unless you set them up
that way. Normally, you'll manage signatures in Outlook in Tools | Options |
Mail Format.
