lost rules.... HELP

I have my PST set up on a USB drive. When I moved my drive to a new system
and then back, I lost all of my rules! I have done this in the past with no
issues. What happened? Is there a way I can get back my rules?

If you simply re-used the same .PST file (as opposed to
importing/exporting), the rules *should* have been preserved since they're
stored within the .PST in Outlook 2002 and 2003...but since you're not
finding them, you may want to run the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe -- it's
on your hard drive) agains the .PST to see if it finds any errors. Let the
tool make a backup copy of your file before it repairs anything.
