lost programs

Can anyone tell me how to get my lost programs back. when
i click on my start my programs open up ,,,my problem is
that iv'e lost some programs,,,etc my
accessories,games,outlook express plus a few more i would
be oblidged if someone could help.

Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows Components (icon on
left) >Accessories and Utilities
Make sure the items are checked.
Then click Next, and follow the prompts.
