The issue is not resolved
I followed the steps in both links
I could not perform step 5 because my cd is sp2 but I have updates to sp4
I do not have HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstal
I could not run REGSVR32 on
Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\Oledb32.dl
Program Files\Common Files\System\Ado\Msado15.dl
Or any [not registerable] dl
I ran the SFC’s from link 2. They completed but there were no messages of any kin
