Lost Popup Window Functionlity

I installed Front Page 2003 on my XP proff. Right after this I noticed I can
no longer click on a link that is supposed to appear in another window. The
window comes up but either it is blank or the content from the original
window appear but never changes. The mouse icon turns to the Hourglass icon
but never changes until I close the window. Another problem I noticed is
when try to install windows updates I get to the window where they should
start installing after agreeing to the license but nothing starts to
install.

Does anyone have an ideas on what I should look for?

Hi,

The "Open in a New Window" Command May Not Work. Go to Start/Run and type
each of these in:

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll
