lost pictures...

I have upgrasded from windows 98 to XP, and have lost only some of my photos.
I have done a search but can't seem to find them anywhere, not even in my
shared documents. Any suggestions?

Hi

From a command prompt type the following:

cd\
dir *.jpg /a/s

replace jpg with whatever format your 'photos are in.
