lost photo

A photo that I took with my digital camera was saved in MY PICTURES folder.
It has since disappeared. After much searching, I found it in the list of
screen savers, of all places. How do I get it out of there and back to MY
PICTURES folder so I can work with it? I have Windows XP, SP2. Thank you.

Note the name of the file on the list.
Then, click on Start and click on Search.
Type in the name of the file in the box "All or part of the file name" and
click on search.
This will return the file in the found window. Right click on the file and
click on Open containing folder.

Don't worry, this is a friendly site. We don't assume that everybody should
be a computer expert.
So, you deleted the My Pictures folder.
Not a big deal. When you delete a folder or a file, it goes to the Recycle
bin.
Look on your Desktop when you open your computer.
There will be an icon there with the name "Recycle bin" under it. Double
click on this icon to open it. A window will open. Deleted folders or files
will be listed there. Look for the folder My Pictures listed there and right
click with your mouse on it. A menu will open. Click on Restore.
If this does not work let us know.
