Lost Password

My daughter did not create a password to log on to her
computer. She left her dorm room for class and returned
to find her computer now requires a password and 2 new
accounts were added which also require a password. She
is locked out of her computer. Could anyone let us know
how she can gain access to her computer again?

In the future, physically secure the computer as well as password ALL
accounts as well as the default Administrator account.
